About This Role
Constellation Brands is seeking an experienced Gulfstream Captain to serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international Part 91 corporate operations based in Rochester, New York. The captain will support an IS-BAO Stage 3 flight department operating Gulfstream G280 and G600 aircraft, while maintaining high standards of safety, operational excellence, leadership, and executive-level passenger service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command on assigned domestic and international Part 91 operations
- maintain responsibility for passenger, crew, and aircraft safety
- ensure compliance with FAA regulations, international requirements, and company SOPs
- lead, mentor, and support flight crew members
- participate in SMS reporting, risk management, and continuous-improvement initiatives
- conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning and operational decision-making
- and represent Constellation Brands with professionalism, discretion, and executive-level service. The position also requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 pounds.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $196,500 to $359,800 and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k), along with other benefits available to eligible employees.
Requirements
- Required qualifications include an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with multiengine privileges, a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate, at least 3,000 hours of total flight time, at least 2,000 hours of jet time, and at least one jet type rating.
- Applicants must be able to support domestic and international operations while away from home for extended periods, hold a valid U.S. passport and driver’s license, reside within one hour of Rochester International Airport (KROC), and successfully complete the background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
- Preferred qualifications include Gulfstream G280 and/or G600 type ratings, international flight experience, experience in IS-BAO or Safety Management System environments, prior flight instruction or a CFI certificate, and recent approved simulator training in the jet aircraft in which the pilot is type rated.
