About This Role
AirSprint, a leading fractional ownership operator in Canada, is seeking experienced Citation M2/CJ series Captains to join their flight crew. The company operates throughout the Americas, Hawaii, Europe and beyond, providing safe and efficient private aviation services to successful Canadian owners. Candidates must hold an ATPL with a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours and 1,000 hours PIC. The position offers flexible roster options (16/12, 14/14, or 18/10), competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including health coverage, RRSP matching, and flight privileges for family and friends.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate Citation M2/CJ aircraft safely in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Adapt to unknown destinations and routes with company support
  • Adapt to changes in daily operations during available workdays
  • Ensure timely response to irregular operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to aircraft owners
  • Maintain professional demeanor and follow standard operating procedures
  • Make sound pilot decisions to ensure safe and efficient private aviation experience
  • Demonstrate company values and work collaboratively with AirSprint team

Requirements
  • Airline Transport License (ATPL)
  • Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 1,000 hours PIC
  • Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas
  • Ability to travel freely within Canada, United States, Mexico, Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe
  • Ability to obtain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
  • Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges
  • Successful completion of criminal background check
  • Pre-employment alcohol and drug test
  • Ability to regularly lift/push/pull at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to travel for training purposes to the United States as a passenger
