About This Role
Astonjet, a dynamic and fast-growing business jet operator, is seeking an experienced Captain for Cessna Citation M2 operations based at Paris-Le Bourget Airport. This role requires a highly qualified pilot with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional service awareness to operate in a high-end charter market. Candidates must have minimum 1000 total flight hours with 500 hours PIC on the Citation M2, along with CPL/ATPL licenses and fluent English and French language capabilities. The position offers a generous 20/10 roster (including 8 off-schedule days) and rapid growth opportunities within an ambitious, entrepreneurial organization that values investing in its people.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Cessna Citation M2 (C525) safely and efficiently
- Command aircraft and ensure compliance with all safety procedures
- Manage crew resource management and operational excellence
- Deliver exceptional service to high-end charter clients
- Conduct pre-flight preparations and aircraft inspections
- Make command decisions ensuring safety and efficiency

Requirements
- Valid EASA CPL license with IR/ME/MCC
- ATPL theoretical knowledge
- Advanced UPRT (Upset Recovery Training)
- Minimum 1000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on C525
- Minimum 100 hours IFR experience
- ICAO English proficiency FCL.055 level 4 minimum
- Fluent French language capability
- TRI (Type Rating Instructor) qualification appreciated
