- 2000+ hours PIC multi-engine time
- 3500+ minimum total hours
- Live within 2 hours driving distance of Oakland, CA (Locally Based)
- Live within 1 Hour of Approved Gateway Airports (Home Based)
- Live within 4 Hours of Oakland, Ca (Drive In Commuter)
