Clay Lacy Aviation seeks an experienced Captain for their Part 91 Challenger 605 operation based in Oxford, CT. Candidates must have a minimum of 3,500 total flight hours with 2,000 hours PIC time and 1,000 hours turbine time, along with current ATP certificate, Class 1 Medical, and Bombardier CL-604 type rating with 200+ hours in type. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $260,000-$285,000 with fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and loss of license insurance. Candidates must reside within two hours of KOXC or be willing to relocate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Challenger 605 on Part 91 charter flights
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew resource management
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company operations manual
- Maintain aircraft safety and operational standards
- Complete required flight documentation and reporting

Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- 3,500 hours total flight time
- 2,000 hours PIC time
- 1,000 hours turbine time
- Bombardier CL-604 Type Rating with minimum 200 hours in type
- Valid, unexpired U.S. Driver's License
- Valid, unexpired Passport
- Reside within 2-hour drivable commute to KOXC or ability to relocate
- Comply with all FAA regulations and company procedures
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Submit full copies of FAA certificates, Medical Certificate, and professional references
