About This Role
Astonjet Limited is recruiting a Captain to operate the Cessna Citation Latitude (C68A) from Paris-Le Bourget. The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, leading the crew and maintaining high operational, safety, service, and professional standards. Because the aircraft serves a high-end market, the role also requires excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service, commercial awareness, and consistent excellence in flight-crew performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain leads the crew and fosters a professional, healthy, and cooperative team environment. Responsibilities include coordinating, supervising, and monitoring crew duties
- ensuring strict adherence to SOPs
- distributing workload effectively
- and maintaining the highest operational and service standards. The Captain may delegate tasks to appropriately qualified and authorized crew members but retains full command responsibility. The role carries responsibility for the safety of all crew members and passengers and for efficient aircraft operation throughout every phase of flight. The Captain must comply fully with Astonjet policies and flight-operations procedures, represent the company professionally, promote its safety culture and use of the Centrik Safety Reporting Tool, report accidents, incidents, and occurrences promptly to the Safety Manager, and lead by example in safety, compliance, and professionalism.
What We Offer
Astonjet pays for the Citation Latitude type rating, subject to a 36-month training bond.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL, valid ME-IR(A), an appropriate type or class rating, a PBN endorsement, and a valid EASA Class 1 Medical.
- Advanced UPRT and MCC must be completed unless the applicant already holds a multi-pilot aircraft type rating.
- Candidates must have at least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command and at least 500 hours under IFR.
- English proficiency must meet FCL.055 Level 4 or higher, and fluent French is required.
- A clean criminal background check and clean drug test are mandatory.
- A current C68A type rating and a TRI qualification on type are appreciated, while Astonjet provides the Citation Latitude type rating under a 36-month bond.
