About This Role
Chartair, one of Australia's leading general aviation companies, is seeking experienced Captain pilots for C441 Line Pilot positions at their Darwin and Alice Springs bases. Operating a fleet of 43 aircraft including the C441 Conquest II, Chartair serves remote communities across Australia with scheduled and charter services. Candidates must hold an Australian Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating, minimum 1500 total hours, and 500 hours of multi-engine or turbine command experience. Applicants must be Australian citizens or hold full working rights in Australia with the ability to obtain an ASIC clearance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate C441 aircraft on line services
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and checks
- Manage multi-engine operations in remote areas
- Maintain compliance with IFR procedures and regulations
- Serve remote Australian communities
Requirements
- Australian Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Instrument Rating (MEA, IAP 2D, IAP 3D)
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- 500 hours MEA or Turbine Command
- 500 hours enroute IFR
- 15 hours PIC/ICUS Night IFR
- 100 hours on C441 or similar aircraft
- Australian citizen or hold full working rights in Australia
- Able to hold an ASIC clearance
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (implied)
