About This Role
Compass Cargo Airlines is a growing Bulgarian cargo operator flying a Boeing 737-800SF fleet alongside its Boeing 747-400F and 747-400ERF widebody operation, serving an expanding international network on behalf of major cargo customers. This is a full-time employee position for a Boeing 737NG Captain in an international and multicultural environment focused on safe, efficient and cargo-oriented operations. Night flying, tight ground turnarounds and dangerous goods handling are part of everyday work, while EASA-compliant procedures, clear communication, professional standards, efficient structures, reliable teamwork and modern rostering support the operation. The 737-800SF network complements the long-haul 747 operation, giving pilots exposure to a broad and varied operation within a single company.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid EASA ATPL (A) license, a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, and a valid B737 type rating.
- Required experience is a minimum of 3000 hours of total flying time, including 1000 hours on B737NG aircraft, 500 hours PIC on B737NG aircraft, and 2000 hours of total PIC time.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher is required.
- TRI/TRE is an advantage.
