Marabu Airlines is recruiting A320neo Captains for its growing leisure airline operation and international network. The role is based in an international, multicultural environment focused on safe, efficient and passenger-oriented operations, with EASA-compliant procedures, modern rostering and fixed-base or commuting options.
Duties & Responsibilities
- As an A320neo Captain, the successful pilot will contribute to safe, efficient and passenger-oriented operations across Marabu Airlines' international network.
- The role calls for professionalism, clear communication, reliable teamwork and a calm, solution-oriented approach in the cockpit and on the ground, while operating within EASA-compliant procedures and supporting consistent operational standards.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid EASA ATPL (A), a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate and a valid A320 type rating.
- The posting requires at least 3,000 hours of total flying time, including 1,000 hours on Airbus A32F aircraft and 500 hours as PIC on Airbus A32F aircraft, plus 2,000 hours of total PIC time.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher is required.
