- Current valid A320 type rating
- Valid ICAO ATPL license
- Valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum English ICAO Level 4 proficiency
- 150 flying hours within previous 18 months
- No past record of flight incident/accident
- No criminal record
- Type rating validity for at least 4 months upon joining
