About This Role
Captain position on the Airbus A320 at Air Arabia (UAE National / Nationalization programme), based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft in accordance with the Airline's Operations Manual and the requirements of the relevant regulatory bodies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Keeps himself/herself up-to-date with the legal requirements of the different regulatory bodies such as, civil aviation authority, Airbus Company and any other relevant regulatory body relating to flight operations
- ensures the Airline's Operations Manual is accounted for, maintained, kept up to date, understood and complied with by Flight Crew.
Requirements
- Appropriate ATPL License is a must.
- He/she must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.
- He/she must have completed a minimum of 4000 hours of flying an aircraft, Airbus 320 is preferred.
- Experience with low-cost airline is highly desirable.
