About This Role
Sun PhuQuoc Airways, Vietnam's first 'resort-in-the-sky' airline developed by Sun Group, is seeking experienced A320 Captains to join their expanding international operations across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East. Based in Phu Quoc, Hanoi, or Ho Chi Minh City, this position offers command authority on long-haul and regional routes starting in 2026. Candidates require a minimum of 4,500 total flight hours with 1,500 PIC hours and 500 PIC hours specifically on the A320, along with a valid EASA/FAA/ICAO ATPL. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate A320 aircraft on scheduled long-haul and regional routes
- Assume command responsibility for assigned flights across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and Middle East regions
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, crew briefings, and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Manage crew resource management and aircraft operations
- Potential upgrade to Instructor (TRI/TRE) role after 6 months

Requirements
- Minimum 4,500 hours on multi-crew airplanes
- Minimum 1,500 total PIC hours
- Minimum 500 PIC hours on A320
- Minimum 1,500 hours on A320
- Last A320 PIC flight within 12 months (preferred)
- Valid EASA/FAA/ICAO ATPL with instrument rating on A320
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Eligible to work in Vietnam with visa sponsorship support
