About This Role
Air Arabia Group is seeking an experienced Captain A320 to join their flight operations team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The airline is a leading low-cost carrier in the region operating scheduled passenger services. Candidates must have a minimum of 4000 hours total flight time with an ATPL license, strong safety focus, and proven command experience. Requirements
- Valid ATPL license
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Airbus A320 experience (preferred)
- Low-cost airline experience (highly desirable)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Pass technical and psychometric assessment
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantage)
- Safety and emergency response training
- Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English language proficiency
- Capable of handling emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios
- Cost-oriented with problem-solving skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
