About This Role
FLYYO, a Romanian ACMI and charter operator based in Bucharest, is hiring A320 Captains on a permanent, full-time ACMI contract. Selection includes an interview panel review, an A320 simulator assessment covering practical, theoretical and CRM skills, a psychological evaluation and background reference checks. Travel, accommodation and uniform are provided and the roster covers Europe, the Mediterranean and beyond.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interview panel review
- Simulator assessment on Airbus A320 (practical, theoretical and CRM skills)
- Psychological evaluation
- Review of flight experience, last flight recency and English proficiency
- Background reference checks

Requirements
- Part-FCL ATPL with valid type rating on A320 family
- Valid Instrument Rating and PBN/RNP endorsement
- Valid Proficiency Check for Commander role
- Class 1 Medical Certificate (Part MED compliant)
- ICAO English proficiency - minimum level 4
- Clear criminal record
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
- Minimum 2,000 hours on transport aircraft
- Minimum 500 hours on type
