Requirements
- Appropriate ATPL License is a must
- Pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards
- Pass the Medical Fitness check-up carried for the Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards
- Training in safety and emergency response is essential
- Completed a minimum of 4000 hours of flying an aircraft
- A minimum of 800 hours as PIC on Airbus 320 is required
- Possesses acceptable industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures
- Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices related to and affecting Flight Operations
- Capable of implementing policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations
