About This Role
Piedmont Airlines Cadet Program: a flexible cadet pathway to first officer and on to American Airlines, with a $15,000 bonus. Cadets build hours independently (no required partner school, no CFI requirement), receive mentoring/networking, and Piedmont pays for the ATP-CTP course and test. On completion of ATP-CTP, the cadet is placed into the next new-hire class with no additional interview.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cadet program participant building flight hours toward first officer qualification at Piedmont Airlines, working from cadet to first officer to American Airlines.
- Crew bases at Philadelphia (PHL), Charlotte (CLT), and Harrisburg (MDT).
Requirements
- Minimum Cadet Program Qualifications: Commercial Multi-engine with instrument rating
- 500 hours total time
- No closer than 200 hours away from reaching ATP/Restricted ATP minimums
- Valid first class Class Medical
- No Criminal Record
- No FAA Violations.
