About This Role
Scoot is recruiting cadets for its 2026 pilot programme in Singapore. Successful candidates will complete a customised, co-funded pilot training course at Scoot's preferred training college, followed by Scoot base and line training. The programme is designed to prepare candidates to progress toward Second Officer or Junior First Officer positions, with a strong emphasis on aviation passion, safety, professionalism, diligence and teamwork.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cadets will undertake a customised pilot training course at Scoot's preferred training college.
- On completion of the course, which leads to a Multi-crew Pilot License or Frozen ICAO ATPL, cadets will progress to Scoot's base and line training.
- This follow-on training is intended to develop the essential skills and knowledge required to operate as a Second Officer or Junior First Officer.
- The programme requires sustained participation throughout the 18–24-month consecutive training period and continued service under the post-training bond.

Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, as required by the Air Navigation Order, and must be legally entitled to work in Singapore upon completion of training.
- They must hold at least a GCE O-Level qualification, or equivalent, with five credits achieved at one sitting, including English, Mathematics and a Science subject, preferably Physics.
- Candidates must qualify for Class I and Class II unrestricted medical certification approved by the Civil Aviation Medical Board.
- Visual requirements include acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6, and no colour blindness.
- Applicants must be willing to commit to a compulsory bond period.
- The programme also seeks candidates with an uncompromising approach to safety, a strong passion for aviation, a willingness to learn, composure, confidence, maturity, diligence, professionalism and the Scootitude DNA.
- Successful candidates must commit to 18–24 consecutive months of training without disruption, followed by a six-year training bond after completion of the training period.
