About This Role
Emirates is recruiting a Cabin Services Assistant to maintain and personalize the A380 Shower Spas and cabin facilities for First Class passengers. This is a specialized housekeeping role distinct from traditional cabin crew duties, reporting to the Purser. Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience with international hospitality providers and be fluent in English. Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control confirming products are loaded in correct quantities
- Check Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness prior to passenger boarding
- Promptly and hygienically clean Shower Spas after each customer use
- Personalize Shower Spa for each customer using the Reservation System
- Ensure no unauthorized access to personalized Shower Spas
- Maintain clean and tidy lavatories to meet required standards
- Ensure all amenity items are available in facilities
- Maintain aesthetically pleasing, clean and safe cabin environment
- Report any defects or discrepancies to the Purser immediately
- Report suspicious items, strange noises, or abnormal customer behavior
- Report for duty on time and maintain uniform regulations
- Obey chain of command and perform duties as directed by Purser

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in hospitality industry housekeeping (advantageous)
- Ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Attention to detail and personalization skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Ability to work under time pressure and follow instructions from Purser
