About This Role
Air Arabia is recruiting Cabin Crew members for a recruitment drive in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to join as cabin crew with Air Arabia's dynamic team, with full event details to be shared 3-5 days prior. The airline is looking for candidates between 20-29 years old (up to 33 for experienced crew) with a minimum height of 160cm (female) or 170cm (male), fluent in English, and able to swim. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and previous customer service or aviation industry experience is valued but not required.
Requirements
- Age between 20-29 years for non-experienced crew, up to 33 years for experienced crew
- Minimum height 160cm (female) or 170cm (male)
- Weight proportionate to age and height
- No visible tattoos or marks visible in cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties
- Able to swim with aid of flotation device
- High school diploma or higher secondary certificate
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Presentable, friendly, cheerful and positive attitude
- Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers
- Ability to work shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Focused, capable of identifying irregularities and handling emergencies
- Proactive, self-motivated with positive teamwork competency
