About This Role
Widerøe's Flyveselskap is accepting open applications for Cabin Crew to work on its Dash 8 and Embraer 190-E2 aircraft across a route network in Norway and Europe. The role combines independent cabin work on several aircraft with a central role in the onboard operational team, passenger care and the calm handling of situations involving people with different needs, expectations and challenges; shifts include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays. The company initially plans courses in the first half of 2027: the approximately five-week course is held at training facilities in Bergen and/or Bodø, and selected participants are offered permanent full-time employment (100%) and pay from the first course day, subject to passing the course. The posting lists participation in Widerøe's mission connecting small and large places, 174 working days per year, responsibility and professional development, a safe and serious employer, competitive pension and insurance schemes, commuter tickets on its own airline, up to four years of salary seniority for previous Cabin Crew experience, discounted domestic and international leisure travel, and a friendly, inclusive workplace; likely workplaces on joining are Tromsø, Bergen or Bodø.
