About This Role
Ryanair is hiring Cabin Crew for their Memmingen base with no prior experience necessary. Candidates receive free internationally recognised cabin crew training and enjoy a competitive '5 on 3 off' roster with unlimited discounted travel across 250+ destinations. The role requires EU work rights and physical requirements including minimum height of 157cm and swimming ability.

Requirements
- No prior cabin crew experience required
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Minimum height 157cm (5'2")
- Maximum height 188cm (6'2")
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Customer-oriented with excellent service attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to shift roster work
- Comfortable with early starts (5am) and late nights (midnight returns)
- Hardworking, outgoing and friendly personality
- Must complete mandatory English proficiency test
- Must complete situational judgment test
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Sales ability
