Copa Airlines is accepting potential Cabin Crew candidates through an employee-only referral program. Candidates should enjoy teamwork in a dynamic environment, provide excellent customer service, have advanced English, be physically able to work while constantly moving, and be available for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Only external candidates without previous employment at Copa Airlines, Copa Airlines Colombia, Wingo, or related contractors and third parties may be referred; eligible candidates are subsequently invited to the selection process by the Talent Acquisition team.
