Wizz Air is recruiting cabin crew and flight attendants through a recruitment day in Rome Fiumicino on 30 October 2026. The role combines onboard safety, customer care, passenger assistance, inflight sales and cash handling, while requiring fluent English, a 210 cm arm reach, swimming ability and existing authorization to work in the country of application. Duties & Responsibilities
- Wizz Air flight attendants focus on both safety and customer care, perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with Company policies, manage inflight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers and assist them during the flight, and act according to the Company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity.
- The role also involves joining a community of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, hold a high school degree and be fluent in written and spoken English.
- They must have a valid passport without limitations, with at least six months' validity, and the right to work in the country where they are applying.
- Applicants must be able to swim, live or be ready to move within 60 minutes of their chosen base, and have no tattoos or piercings on body parts visible in uniform.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
- Applicants whose glasses or contact-lens prescription is above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
- For the recruitment event, candidates must arrive sharply on time, be prepared for a process lasting until late afternoon, and bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
