About This Role
Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Rome Fiumicino on 27 November 2026 to hire flight attendants / cabin crew for its Wizz Air Malta operation. Applications are routed through the in-person event, where each candidate's compliance with the listed requirements is checked on the day, and attendees may apply for any base in the Wizz Air Malta network regardless of where they attend. The role combines onboard safety responsibilities with customer service, in-flight sales and cash handling, with full and free cabin crew training provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Focus on both the safety and the customer-care aspects of the role.
- Perform onboard and ground duties in a way that complies with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and assist them throughout the flight.
- Act in accordance with the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity, as part of a team of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school diploma.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- A valid passport without limitations (at least 6 months validity) and the right to work in the country of application.
- Able to swim.
- Must live within, or be ready to relocate to within, 60 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to travel per the work schedule.
- No tattoos or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic person who likes working with people.
- Candidates whose glasses or contact-lens prescription is above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
- Candidates should arrive sharply on time and bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
