About This Role
Wizz Air is hosting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day at its Rome Fiumicino Training Center on 23 October 2026 for candidates seeking flight attendant / cabin crew positions with Wizz Air Malta. Applications are routed through this in-person event, which begins at 09:00 sharp and may run until late afternoon; candidates may attend regardless of the Wizz Air Malta base they are applying for. The role combines safety and customer-service duties aboard a low-cost carrier, offering a home-based lifestyle with no layovers and free cabin crew training.
Duties & Responsibilities
- As a Wizz Air flight attendant you will focus on both safety and customer-care aspects of the flight, and perform on-board and ground duties in a way that complies with company policy.
- You will manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile and assist them throughout the flight, and act in accordance with the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity as part of a team of more than 5,000 crew.
Requirements
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over, hold a high school diploma, and have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, together with a valid passport without limitations (valid for at least 6 months) and the right to work in the country applied for.
- Candidates must be able to swim and must live within, or be prepared to relocate within, 60 minutes of their chosen base.
- No tattoos or piercings may be visible when wearing the uniform.
- Applicants who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
- Compliance is checked during the recruitment event, and candidates should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo and arrive sharply on time.
