About This Role
Wizz Air is recruiting cabin crew through a recruitment day at its FCO Training Center in Fiumicino on 12 October 2026, with candidates expected to arrive at 09:00 am sharp. The role combines onboard safety, customer care, ground duties, passenger assistance, and in-flight sales and cash handling. Applicants must be at least 18, fluent in written and spoken English, able to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, able to swim, eligible to work in the relevant country, and compliant with the uniform tattoo and piercing policy. Duties & Responsibilities
- Cabin crew members focus on both safety and customer care.
- They perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with Company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers, and assist them during the flight.
- They are expected to act according to Wizz Air's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, and to contribute to a cabin crew community of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over, have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, hold a high school degree, and be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Candidates must have a valid passport without limitations with at least six months of validity and already have the right to work in the country where they are applying.
- They must be able to swim, live or be ready to move within 60 minutes of their chosen base, and be prepared to make that journey according to the work schedule.
- Tattoos and piercings must not be located on body parts visible when wearing the uniform.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
- Applicants should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo, arrive sharply on time, and be prepared for the recruitment process to continue until late afternoon.
- Candidates may attend this event regardless of the Wizz Air Malta base for which they are applying, while applicants for other network bases should attend a local recruitment event.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
