Wizz Air is recruiting flight attendants and cabin crew through a recruitment day at the Millenium Gold Hotel in Naples, Italy, on 3 September 2026; candidates are asked to arrive at 09:00 sharp and should be prepared for the process to continue until late afternoon. The role combines onboard safety and customer care with compliant onboard and ground operations, passenger assistance, in-flight sales and cash handling, and conduct aligned with dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity. Applicants must be at least 18, have a 210 cm arm reach while standing on tiptoes, hold a high school degree, be fluent in written and spoken English, have a valid passport without limitations and the right to work in the country of application, be able to swim, meet the relocation and uniform-visibility requirements, and be enthusiastic about working with people; glasses or contact-lens prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.
