About This Role
Wizz Air is recruiting positive, energetic and motivated candidates for flight attendant and cabin crew positions through an in-person recruitment day in Naples on 28 October 2026. The role combines passenger safety, customer care, onboard and ground duties, in-flight sales, cash handling and passenger assistance. Wizz Air offers free cabin crew training, social security and work insurance, paid holiday, ticket benefits, career development, a flexible roster without layovers, duty-swapping options and opportunities to work at different bases or on special flights. The event starts at 09:00 sharp on 28 October 2026 at Ramada Naples City Centre, Via G. Ferraris 40, 80142 Napoli, Italy. Candidates may attend when applying for any Wizz Air Malta base; applicants for other bases in the network should attend a local recruitment event.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Focus on both passenger safety and customer care
- perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies
- manage in-flight sales and cash handling
- welcome passengers warmly and assist them throughout the flight
- and act in accordance with Wizz Air's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity. Cabin crew members join a community of more than 5,000 aviation professionals and may have opportunities to work at different Wizz Air bases or on special and VIP flights when required or requested.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, hold a high school degree and be fluent in written and spoken English.
- They must have a valid passport without limitations for at least six months, already hold the right to work in the country for which they are applying and be able to swim.
- Applicants must live, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of their chosen base and must be able to make that journey according to their work schedule.
- Tattoos and piercings must not be visible while wearing the uniform, and candidates should be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
- Candidates whose glasses or contact-lens prescription is above +4 or below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
- Recruitment-day attendees must arrive promptly and bring an updated English CV with an ID photograph.
