About This Role
Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Naples, Italy on 12 November 2026 to recruit flight attendants/cabin crew for its Wizz Air Malta bases. Candidates may attend this event regardless of the specific base they are applying for within the Wizz Air Malta network; to join another base in the network they should attend a recruitment event locally. Applications are routed through the in-person event, where compliance with the listed requirements is checked, so attendees must arrive sharply on time (09:00 am) with an updated English CV bearing an ID photo and should expect the process to run until late afternoon. Duties & Responsibilities
- As a Wizz Air flight attendant, you will focus on both the safety and the customer-care aspects of the role and perform on-board and ground duties in a way that complies with the company's policies.
- You will manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile and assist them throughout the flight, and act in accordance with the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity.
- You will be part of a team of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Candidates must be aged 18 or over and have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A high school degree is required, together with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Applicants must hold a valid passport without limitations (valid for a minimum of 6 months) and have the right to work in the country they are applying for.
- They must be able to swim, must live within or be ready to relocate within 60 minutes of their chosen base, and must be prepared to make that journey as the work schedule requires.
- Tattoos and/or piercings must not be visible on parts of the body shown when wearing the uniform.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic people who enjoy working with others.
- Note that applicants who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
