About This Role
Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day at the Crowne Plaza Milan - Malpensa Airport on 6 November 2026 for flight attendant/cabin crew positions. Candidates are expected to arrive sharply at 09:00 am with an updated English CV and may attend regardless of the Wizz Air Malta base they are applying for. Cabin crew focus on safety and customer care, perform on-board and ground duties, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, and assist passengers. Requirement compliance is checked during the event.

- Focus on both safety and customer care aspects
- perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with Company policies
- manage in-flight sales and cash handling
- welcome passengers with a smile and help them during the flight
- act in accordance with Wizz Air's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity
- be part of a team of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Aged 18 or over
- arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes
- high school degree
- fluent (written and spoken) in English
- a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months) and the right to work in the country you are applying for
- able to swim
- live or ready to move within 60 minutes of your chosen base and prepared to travel per work schedule
- no tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing uniform
- enthusiastic person who likes working with people. Note: if you wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4, you are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination. Bring an updated English CV with ID photo.
