About This Role
Wizz Air is recruiting flight attendants through a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day at Milan Malpensa on 30 October 2026. The role combines onboard safety, customer care, ground responsibilities, passenger assistance, and inflight sales and cash handling. Candidates must meet the stated age, reach, education, English-language, swimming, work-authorization, grooming, and commuting requirements; the company offers training, travel benefits, career development, and a flexible roster.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Wizz Air flight attendants focus on both safety and customer care.
- They perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage inflight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers, and assist them during the flight.
- They are expected to act according to the company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, and to contribute as part of a team of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Candidates must be aged 18 or over, have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, and hold a high school degree. Fluent written and spoken English is required, together with a valid passport without limitations of at least six months and the right to work in the country of application. Applicants must be able to swim, live or be ready to move within 60 minutes of their chosen base, and be prepared to make that journey according to the work schedule. Tattoos and piercings must not be visible when wearing the uniform. Candidates should be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people. Applicants whose glasses or contact-lens prescription is above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination. For the recruitment event, candidates must arrive sharply on time, be prepared to remain until late afternoon, and bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
