Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Milan Malpensa on 20 October 2026 (09:00 am sharp, Crowne Plaza Milan - Malpensa Airport) to hire flight attendants for its award-winning team. Duties & Responsibilities
- Working as a Wizz Air flight attendant, you will focus on both safety and customer-care aspects and perform on-board and ground duties in a way that complies with the company's policies.
- Responsibilities include managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers with a smile and helping them during the flight, and acting in accordance with the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity.
- You will be part of a team of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over, hold a high school degree, and be fluent — written and spoken — in English.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes is required, along with the ability to swim.
- Candidates must hold a valid passport without limitations (valid for at least 6 months) and have the right to work in the country they are applying for.
- They must live within, or be ready to relocate to within, 60 minutes of their chosen base and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- No tattoos and/or piercings may be visible on parts of the body when wearing the uniform, and candidates should be enthusiastic people who enjoy working with others.
- Applicants whose glasses or contact-lens prescription is above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
- Candidates should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo, arrive sharply on time, and expect the process to last until late afternoon.
