About This Role
Wizz Air is recruiting cabin crew through an event near Milan Malpensa Airport on 17 November 2026 at 09:00. Candidates may attend for any Wizz Air Malta base, and the selection process may run until late afternoon. The flight attendant role combines onboard safety, passenger care, sales and ground duties.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Focus on both safety and customer care.
- Perform onboard and ground duties in line with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash, welcome passengers, and assist them throughout the flight.
- Work in accordance with Wizz Air's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity and integrity.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18, reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, hold a high school degree, speak and write fluent English, and be able to swim.
- They need a valid passport without limitations for at least six months and the right to work in the country of their chosen base.
- They must live, or be willing to move, within 60 minutes of that base and make the journey according to their work schedule.
- Tattoos and piercings must not be visible in uniform.
- Wizz Air seeks enthusiastic people who enjoy working with others.
- Applicants whose glasses or contact lens prescription is above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
- Event attendees must arrive on time with an updated English CV and ID photo.
