About This Role
Wizz Air is recruiting cabin crew and flight attendants for its Milan Malpensa operation through a recruitment day on 8 October 2026 at Crowne Plaza Milan - Malpensa Airport. Applicants must already hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and satisfy requirements covering age, arm reach, education, English fluency, swimming ability, passport validity, work authorization, mobility to the chosen base, and uniform-visible tattoos or piercings. The role combines onboard safety and customer care with ground duties, inflight sales, passenger assistance, and participation in Wizz Air's cabin crew community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working as a Wizz Air flight attendant involves focusing on both safety and customer care.
- Cabin crew perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with Company policies, manage inflight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile, and assist them during the flight.
- They are expected to act in accordance with Wizz Air's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, and to be part of a community of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
- This recruitment event accepts applications only from candidates who hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
- Candidates must be aged 18 or over, have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, and hold a high school degree.
- They must be fluent in written and spoken English, have a valid passport without limitations with a minimum validity of 6 months, and have the right to work in the country where they are applying.
- Candidates must be able to swim, live or be ready to move within 60 minutes of their chosen base, and be prepared to make that journey according to the work schedule.
- They must not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing uniform, and should be enthusiastic and comfortable working with people.
- Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
- For the recruitment day, candidates must arrive sharply on time, be prepared for a process that may continue until late afternoon, and bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
