About This Role
Norwegian is recruiting permanent Cabin Crew based in Palma, Spain, for a training course running November through February (courses starting winter 2026/2027). The role covers in-flight safety and service across Europe on a rotating 24/7 schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays. Comprehensive training and official certification are provided, so the role is open to both new entrants and experienced candidates. Applications are handled on a rolling basis with an assessment day for selected candidates.
