Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety during all phases of flight
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to all passengers
- Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Manage aircraft services and security procedures
- Serve meals and beverages to passengers
- Handle passenger requests and provide direction and support
- Lead confidently and take control during security and safety situations
- Deliver authentic and culturally aware customer experiences

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality/customer service experience
- High school graduate (Grade 12)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum height of 160cm
- Arm reach of at least 212cm while standing on tiptoes
- No visible tattoos in Emirates cabin crew uniform
- Meet UAE employment visa requirements
- Positive attitude and ability to work in multicultural team environment
- Ability to manage demanding work schedule
