About This Role
Air Arabia is seeking Cabin Crew members to join their team based in Multan. As a Cabin Crew member, you will serve as the airline's ambassador, providing excellent customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout all flight phases. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with previous customer service or aviation hospitality experience. Candidates must be fluent in English, physically fit, and capable of working flexible shift patterns with high adaptability to frequent changes.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (minimum education)
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
- Physically fit with good general health
- No serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable with friendly demeanor
- Positive attitude even under stress
- Customer service oriented
- Capable of handling difficult situations
- Focused with ability to identify irregularities and handle emergencies
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of working shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules
- First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures training (added value)
- Diploma in Travel/Tourism (added value)
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience in Aviation/Hospitality (added value)
- Active cabin crew license (added value)
