About This Role
SWISS is recruiting full-time Cabin Crew Members for its Zürich base to be the face of its hospitality, take responsibility on board, apply high safety standards under international requirements, prepare each flight independently, create a consistent guest experience, provide first aid after comprehensive training, and maintain a professional presentation during irregular hours and unexpectedly extended assignments. The role involves active participation and responsibility in changing crews, and SWISS highlights development toward Maître de Cabine or First-Class Cabin Crew Member. Applicants must hold a CH or EU/EFTA passport, be at least 18 at application with no upper age limit, be at least 155 cm, be able to travel to Zürich Airport within 75 minutes, swim well, accept Swiss-approved vaccinations, have very good German and English, complete a vocational apprenticeship or higher school, and demonstrate service orientation, teamwork, reliability, conscientiousness, self-reflection, flexibility, and adaptability; further languages are advantageous, tattoos are allowed except on the face and ears, and applicants subject to military service must have completed basic military training.
