About This Role
Jet2.com is recruiting Cabin Crew at London Luton Airport to deliver safe, secure and enjoyable journeys alongside award-winning onboard service. The full-time role is a fixed-term contract through the end of the Summer Season in November 2027, with potential to return for Summer 2028, and requires variable availability across a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week operation. Applicants receive a four-week CAA-approved paid training course, while the advertised package includes £35,200+ OTE pro rata for the contract length, travel discounts, pension, life assurance, annual leave and family assistance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- As a member of the Cabin Crew team, responsibilities include ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of customers and colleagues on every flight
- delivering award-winning customer service and creating memorable onboard experiences
- supporting customers with a wide range of needs, including first aid and general assistance
- promoting and selling onboard products
- working closely with Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues to deliver a safe and efficient operation
- and adhering to all company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous Cabin Crew experience is not required.

- The full-time fixed-term contract runs until the end of the Summer Season in November 2027, with potential to return for Summer 2028.
- Candidates must be comfortable working very early mornings, late evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, peak holiday periods and variable rosters that change from week to week.
- Eligibility requirements include holding a valid UK/EU passport with the required validity, providing a full five-year employment, education or activity history, passing pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks, complying with applicable medical, health and safety requirements, continually fastening the Crew Jump Seat safety harness, meeting the required reach and mobility standards, and travelling reliably to and from the airport base for all rostered shifts.
