The role involves ensuring passenger safety and comfort, conducting safety procedures, providing customer service, and handling various cabin duties during flight operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate minimum
- Fluent in English language
- Fit to fly with good general health
- No serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Able to handle difficult situations and angry customers professionally
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of working in shift patterns and extended working hours
- Flexible and adaptable to frequent changes and busy schedules
- First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures training is an added value
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience in aviation/hospitality is valued
