About This Role
Air Arabia is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Karachi base to join their operations team. The airline seeks customer-focused individuals to serve as ambassadors, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and excellent service throughout all flight cycles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though previous experience in customer service or aviation industries is valued. Candidates must be fluent in English, possess good health and fitness, maintain professional grooming standards, and demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Fluent in English language
- Other languages are an advantage
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate minimum
- Fit to fly with good general health
- No serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable and friendly appearance
- Cheerful and positive attitude under stress
- Customer service oriented
- Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers
- Focused and capable of identifying irregularities
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of working in shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes
- Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures is an added value
- Diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience is valued
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
- Ability to contribute and deliver against policies and KPIs
