About This Role
JetSetGo Aviation Services, an Indian private charter and aircraft management operator, is seeking professional, flexible and motivated cabin crew with Non Scheduled Operations (NSOP) or similar experience for its inflight department in Delhi. The role covers passenger safety and comfort on board plus VIP food and beverage service, menu planning and guest catering procurement. Full time; the employer's career index lists the experience band as 3-5 years.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide information, guidance and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft
- Enforce safety measures before, during and after takeoff
- Serve food and beverages during flights
- Menu planning and procurement of guest catering and any additional guest services
- Basic interest in housekeeping and interior aesthetics
- Pre-flight and post-flight reporting to the Departmental Manager
Requirements
- Experience of at least 1-3 years in NSOP
- Graduate Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Updated knowledge of latest technology and Apps
- Knowledge and Interest in Food and Beverage products and service
- Knowledge of VIP Table Setting and Platter to Plate service techniques
- Pleasant personality with good posture and superior grooming
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

- Basic First Aid Knowledge
