About This Role
Jet2.com is recruiting Cabin Crew for Birmingham Airport for summer 2026 on a fixed-term contract through November 2026. No prior cabin crew experience required; candidates must hold a current UK/EU passport and complete a 4-week unpaid CAA-approved training course. Benefits include excellent OTE of £32,000+, free uniform, discounts on holidays, and 37 days annual holiday.

Requirements
- No previous cabin crew experience required
- Passionate about customer service
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Awareness of the importance of safety
- Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Comfortable actively promoting onboard products to achieve sales targets
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Show initiative, professionalism, and accountability
- Hold a current UK/EU passport with required validity
- Able to provide full references for the last 5 years
- Satisfactory criminal record checks
- Able to comply with all required medical and health and safety regulations
- Able to continually fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat
- Satisfy reach requirements
- Willing to complete 4-week unpaid CAA-approved training course
- Availability for 40 hours per week with flexible shifts including early starts and late finishes
- 24/7 operation availability
