About This Role
Marabu Airlines is hiring experienced Cabin Crew for a permanent, fixed-base position at its new Frankfurt base. The role operates on the airline’s Airbus A320neo fleet and combines passenger hospitality, onboard sales, safety and security responsibilities, emergency equipment demonstrations, and compliant cabin operations. Applicants must hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, meet the stated age and height requirements, speak fluent written and spoken English, be able to swim unassisted, and have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cabin Crew provide warm and professional hospitality throughout the flight to ensure passenger comfort.
- They carry out safety and security procedures, perform safety checks, demonstrate emergency equipment, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- They support onboard sales and promote products that improve the passenger experience.
- They also work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and at least 158 cm tall, with completed secondary education and a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
- Previous cabin crew experience with a valid EASA attestation is required.
- Candidates must have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU, demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English, hold a valid aeromedical certificate, and be able to swim unassisted.
- German at any level is welcomed, and willingness to improve German over time is encouraged.
- Candidates should enjoy working with others, adapt well to change, remain calm and confident in a fast-moving environment, respond professionally to roster changes and onboard emergencies, support colleagues, and help create a positive passenger experience.
- A clean criminal record is required, and applicants must be able to reach their home-base airport within 60 minutes at any time.
- This is a permanent, fixed-base Frankfurt position and is not a commuting or seasonal contract.
