About This Role
Etihad Airways is recruiting full-time Cabin Crew to represent the United Arab Emirates' national airline while connecting Abu Dhabi with destinations worldwide. The role combines exceptional guest service with responsibility for guest safety and offers a structured progression path from Economy to Business Class, Cabin Senior and Cabin Manager. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and includes relocation, accommodation, transport, leave, medical insurance and travel benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cabin Crew members represent Etihad in the sky, create extraordinary guest experiences and keep guests safe throughout the journey.
- The role is part of the Operations & Guest Experience division and offers a development route toward Cabin Senior and later Cabin Manager positions, subject to individual performance and business needs.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and at least 163 cm tall.
- They must be high school graduates with Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification, and must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
- Applicants must have no visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform and should be ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel-oriented lifestyle.
