About This Role
Alliance Airlines, Australia's leading fly-in fly-out (FIFO) operator serving the mining, energy and government sectors with a fleet of 79 aircraft, is hiring Cabin Crew for its Darwin base. Crew work flights supporting the resource industry, private charter clients and Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) services in partnership with QantasLink, including both domestic and international flying. The role suits both new entrants and experienced crew; ground school training is fully paid, and the posting lists paid allowances for extended duty, overnight stays and productivity on top of base salary plus superannuation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate on FIFO flights supporting the resource industry, private charter clients and RPT services flown in partnership with QantasLink
- Work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, on domestic and international flights
- Deliver outstanding, safety-focused customer service on board

Requirements
- At least 18 years old prior to commencement
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-pressure customer service role
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Cabin Crew uniforms
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to swim at least 50 metres without assistance
- Eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a background check
- First Aid, CPR and RSA certificates plus a valid passport prior to starting
- Full working rights within Australia (only applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered)
