About This Role
JetSMART is recruiting Cabin Crew in Colombia to help make every flight safe, welcoming, and memorable while connecting passengers across South America. The role combines passenger safety and service, emergency-procedure communication, boarding and disembarkation support, brand representation, and scheduled ground assignments. Candidates should demonstrate service orientation, commitment to safety, learning ability, teamwork, professional presentation, and readiness to work from the Medellín or Bogotá bases.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Cabin Crew member is responsible for complying with the policies, standards, and procedures established in the company's manuals and with applicable regulations.
- They must maintain the proficiency and competent training level required to perform their assigned functions and obligations.
- The role provides quality passenger service while safeguarding passenger safety, informs passengers about emergency procedures, follows the instructions of the Lead Crew Member and Captain, and acts as a host during boarding and disembarkation.
- The successful candidate may also serve as a brand ambassador by promoting and publicizing the brand at events when required, and must attend scheduled ground assignments such as team meetings, feedback sessions, and revalidations.
Requirements
- Applicants must provide a license, with technical theoretical knowledge assessed during the process, a passport, a valid AEROCIVIL medical certificate, a valid swimming certificate, and a diploma.
- Candidates must be available to be based in Medellín or Bogotá and willing to live in other cities.
- They must also submit a résumé with a photograph and email address for process notifications and results, and demonstrate excellent personal presentation.
