Alliance Airlines is recruiting Cabin Crew for its Cairns-based team, supporting resource-industry flights, private charter clients and Regular Passenger Transport services, including domestic and international operations. The role suits safety-focused, professional and adaptable people who enjoy delivering outstanding customer service in a varied, fast-paced environment. Applicants must meet the age, customer-service experience, English-language, swimming, security-clearance and certification requirements before commencement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cabin Crew join the Cairns-based team to support flights for the resource industry, private charter clients and Regular Passenger Transport services, including domestic and international flights.
- The role requires a strong safety focus, professional and energetic passenger service, effective communication and people skills, the ability to create memorable passenger experiences, and calm adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Crew must be flexible to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, and contribute positively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old before commencement and have a minimum of two years' experience in a high-pressure customer service role.
- They must have no visible tattoos while wearing Cabin Crew uniforms, be fluent in written and spoken English, and be able to swim at least 50 metres without assistance.
- Candidates must be eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card, including the required background check, and must provide First Aid, CPR, RSA certificates and a valid passport before starting.
- All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
