About This Role
British Airways is recruiting entry-level Cabin Crew for their Heathrow base, the UK's largest international airport and second busiest in the world. You will serve customers worldwide on both long and short-haul routes across all cabin types on modern aircraft. The role offers development into leadership positions within one of the most technologically-advanced fleets. Training is provided at British Airways' state-of-the-art Global Learning Academy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional onboard customer service experiences
- Serve customers on long-haul and short-haul routes across all cabins
- Maintain safety and security standards on board
- Support team members and colleagues
- Deliver British Airways premium service standards

- Passion and warmth for customer service
- Resilience and brilliant people skills
- No prior cabin crew experience required
- Ability to pass pre-employment and security checks including criminal record checks
- Medical fitness assessment clearance
- Height and reach functionality assessment
- Completion of Wet Drill training course
