About This Role
Scoot is recruiting cabin crew, known as Scootees, through a Bangkok recruitment process in October 2026 for positions based in Singapore. Crew members ensure passenger safety and comfort, represent the Scoot brand, work collaboratively to provide exceptional service, and create enjoyable travel experiences across a network of more than 70 destinations. The position offers a competitive monthly gross salary, unlimited staff travel perks for employees, family and friends, and a vibrant, open workplace culture. Successful applicants must be willing to relocate to Singapore and commence employment within two months of the assessment centre.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Keep passengers safe and comfortable throughout each flight.
- Act as a Scoot brand ambassador and collaborate with the crew to deliver exceptional service while bringing a vibrant character to every interaction.
- Create enjoyable travel experiences by maintaining current knowledge of cabin-crew duties and applying Scoot's service-oriented 'Scootitude' mindset.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Minimum height is 1.58 m for women and 1.65 m for men so that safety and emergency procedures can be performed onboard. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree, be fluent in Thai and English, and be able to work a roster that includes weekends and public holidays. They must be willing to relocate to Singapore and commit to a compulsory service bond. A professional appearance is required at all times, and visible tattoos are not permitted.
